Privacy Policy

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: order, product, and customer details. This enables the App to read and write this data when creating actions from Typeform. The App only requests data from Shopify that is necessary for offering various types of form actions.

All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS and TLS encryption. All data that is persisted is encrypted at rest under the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard and is only accessible by the founding team of Typeify.

We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

You have the right to ask for details regarding the information we have about you and the way we handle it. You also have the right to have this information corrected or deleted.

If you are a European resident, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe to our secure servers in Canada and the United States.

We do not share data with any third parties beyond Typeform and Shopify, except where obligated to by law. Our encrypted database is stored on Google Cloud Platform.

We do not persist sensitive data that could be used to identify customers, such as shipping addresses, billing addresses, or emails in our database. All persisted data is securely stored in an encrypted database on Google Cloud Platform.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
